Qualifications

Filipino: 21 to 65 yrs. old

Employed: Working tenure for at least 3 months.

Salary Range: At least ₱10,000 netpay or above

Resident: Current Resident must be within Luzon

Contact: Has an existing company landline phone & personal mobile and the Present address must be within the whole of Luzon

Requirements

(COMPLETE these 3: 1 Valid Govt. ID, Proof of Employment and Proof of TIN)

A. 1 VALID GOVT. ID:

(PHILSYS ID, SSS, GSIS or UMID (Unified Multipurpose ID) Passport, Driver’s License, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, PRC or NBI Clearance)

 

B. PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT:

Orig. Certificate of Employment issued within 2 months OR Company ID

  • If working under agency, provide Original Certificate of Employment or Employee ID issued by the Agency.

Payslip issued w/in 2 mos. (must reflect the 1st & 16th of  the cut-offs of 1 month, recommended w/ TIN)
