Promo period: January 20, 2026 – February 2, 2026.

Raffle Draw Date: February 16, 2026 | 11:00 AM (Monday)

Redemption period: February 2, 2026 – April 2, 2027.

Per DTI Fair Trade No. FTEB-______ Series of 2025.

 

Promo Mechanics:

    ELIGIBILITY (WHO CAN JOIN):

    1. Exclusively for customers whose due date falls on February 2, 2026.
    2. Customers who made payments between January 20 and February 2, 2026 to update their accounts in good standing (normal status).
    3. Customers who completed the registration through ACOM’s designated email within 24 hours from the date and time of payment.

    WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED:

      Employees of ACOM, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

     
    HOW TO JOIN

    1. To join the raffle, customers must make a payment between January 20 and February 2, 2026 in order to keep their account in good standing (normal status).
    2. Customers who make their payment early between January 20 and 31, 2026 will also qualify for a special raffle (Early Payer Raffle), where five (5) winners will each receive ₱10,000 GCash.
    3. After making the payment, customers must register by emailing the following details to promo@acom.com.ph with the subject line “Raffle1” within 24 hours from the date and time of payment:
      ▶ Complete Name (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name)
      ▶ Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD)
      ▶ Home Address
      ▶ Mobile Number
      ▶ Email Address
    1. ACOM will verify whether the submitted details match the customer’s information on record and confirm that the corresponding payment has been successfully processed.
    2. Once verification is completed, ACOM will send a raffle entry confirmation email to the customer.
    3. Only customers who receive a raffle entry confirmation email from ACOM will be eligible for the raffle draw.

    DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

    1. The raffle draw for all qualified participants shall be conducted at the ACOM Head Office in Pasig City via a private Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting on February 16, 2026, within 14 days from deadline of submission of entries, in the presence of ACOM personnels and a DTI representative.
    2. ACOM shall generate a complete list of all qualified participants.
    3. Then, an electronic randomizer will be used to determine the winners.

    *Prizes are convertible to cash and transferrable.
    *Customers can only win once. If a winner is drawn more than once, he or she will receive the higher value.

      NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

      1. Using the promo@acom.com.ph email, winners will be notified through their registered email addresses within seven (7) calendar days after the raffle draw. An email containing the GCash voucher code, redemption link, and instructions on how to claim the prize will be sent within the same period.
      2. In addition to email notification, winners will also be informed through registered mail sent to their last known mailing address on record.

       
      ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

      1. Winners will be announced through ACOM’s official Facebook page.
      2. Winners will be announced using their first and middle initials, full last name and the last four (4) digits of their membership number (e.g., J.C. Dela Cruz 1234).

       
      PERIOD OF REDEMPTION:

        If a winner fails to claim the prize within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of notification, the prize shall be forfeited in accordance with DTI regulations.

       
      GENERAL TERMS

      1. Prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00 shall be subject to a twenty percent (20%) final withholding tax, which shall be shouldered and paid by ACOM.
      2. Applicable taxes related to the prize, if any, will be shouldered by ACOM.
      3. If any of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled, the organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prizes at its discretion.
      4. All questions, concerns, and disputes related to the Promo are resolved exclusively by ACOM, with the concurrence of the DTI. All decisions made are final and binding on the qualified clients.
      5. Customers should ensure that their contact information with ACOM is complete and updated so they are able to properly receive notifications related to the promo.
      6. A participant can only win one (1) prize for the entire duration of the raffle promo.
