Promo Mechanics:

    ELIGIBILITY (WHO CAN JOIN):

    1. ACOM active customers who make a payment to ACOM through Bayad Center only during the qualifying payment period and update their next due date.
    2. No overdue balance as of October 31, 2026 at 11:59pm
    3. Completed designated Microsoft Form within 24 hours of payment.

    WHO ARE DISQUALIFIED:

      Employees of ACOM, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
      Payments through other payment channels other than Bayad Center will not be qualified.
      Registrations using another person’s identity or false information
      Cancelled, refunded or otherwise invalid payments
      Registrations submitted more than 24 hours after payment
      If payment posting is delayed by Bayad Center or ACOM, ACOM will review the transaction record before deciding eligibility.

     
    HOW TO JOIN

    1. To join the raffle, customers must make a payment through Bayad Center only within the promo period on or before their due date in order to keep their account in good standing (normal status).
    2. Customer must complete registration via Microsoft form during the promo period br.acom.com.ph/paymentrewards
    3. The following details will be submitted and collected via this form:
      ▶ Complete Name (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name)
      ▶ Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
      ▶ Mobile Number
      ▶ Email Address
      ▶ Home Address
    1. All October 31 payment made can still register until November 1 e.g a payment made on October 31 at 8:00 PM must be registered by November 1 at 8:00 PM. Payments made on November 1 do not qualify.
    2. ACOM will match submitted information against its customer and payment records and send a raffle entry confirmation email after verification. A delay in ACOM’s verification or confirmation email alone will not disqualify a customer who registered validly on time.
    3. Once verification is completed, ACOM will send a raffle entry confirmation email to the customer.
    4. Only customers who receive a raffle entry confirmation email from ACOM will be eligible for the raffle draw.

     
    RAFFLE ENTRIES AND OTHER PROMOTIONS

    1. Each qualified customer receives one raffle entry, regardless of the number or amount of qualifying payments. Duplicate registrations count as one entry. A customer may win only one prize in this promo.
    2. Customers may also join another ACOM Pay & Win promo held during the same period if they meet its separate requirements. Participation or a win in this promo does not affect eligibility for the other promo. Entries and winners are managed separately.

    DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

    1. The raffle draw for all qualified participants shall be conducted at the ACOM Head Office in Pasig City via a private Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting on November 9, 2026, in the presence of ACOM personnel and a DTI representative.
    2. ACOM shall generate a complete list of all qualified participants.
    3. Then, an electronic randomizer will be used to determine the winners.

    *Prizes are convertible to cash and transferrable.
    *Customers can only win once. If a winner is drawn more than once, he or she will receive the higher value.

      HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

      1. Winners will received notification through SMS, registered email addresses and registered mail within seven (7) calendar days after the raffle draw (no documents or IDs are required to claim the prizes).
      2. Upon receipt of the email and SMS, below are the instructions on how to claim the prize:

      1. Wait for the confirmation message—you will receive within the week an SMS and/or email from ShareTreats containing your unique GCash voucher code.
      2. Visit the Redemption Page: https://www.sharetreats.ph/redeem/gcash/ to redeem the code.
      3. Enter and confirm your GCash Number then click ‘Start’
      4. Enter the 9-digit code that you received.
      5. Check the ‘By clicking on REDEEM, you agree to the Terms & Data Privacy and click the ‘REDEEM’ button.
      6. To receive the OTP, choose your registered recipient number or email address and click ‘Send OTP’.
      7. Enter the OTP Number received and Click ‘Verify’
      8. The amount will be instantly credited to your GCash balance.

      NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

      1. Winners will be notified through their registered email addresses and registered mail sent to their last known mailing address on record within seven (7) calendar days after the raffle draw. An email containing the GCash voucher code, redemption link, and instructions on how to claim the prize will be sent within the same period.

       
      ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

      1. Winners will be announced through ACOM’s official Facebook page.
      2. Winners will be announced using their first name initial and full last name (e.g., J. Dela Cruz).

       
      PERIOD OF REDEMPTION:

      1. If a winner fails to claim the prize within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of notification, the prize shall be forfeited in UPON PRIOR APPROVAL OF DTI.
      2. After the draw, the final list of winners—including their full name, membership number and mobile number and corresponding prizes—shall be signed by the authorized ACOM representatives attesting to the validity and integrity of the draw, submitted to the DTI representative FOR SIGNING, and a copy retained by ACOM for safekeeping.

       
      GENERAL TERMS

      1. Prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00 shall be subject to a twenty percent (20%) final withholding tax, which shall be shouldered and paid by ACOM.
      2. Applicable taxes related to the prize, if any, will be shouldered by ACOM.
      3. If any of the terms and conditions are not fulfilled, the organizer reserves the right to forfeit the prizes at its discretion, with prior DTI approval.
      4. All questions, concerns, and disputes related to the Promo are resolved exclusively by ACOM, with the concurrence of the DTI. All decisions made are final and binding on the qualified clients.
      5. Customers should ensure that their contact information with ACOM is complete and updated so they are able to properly receive notifications related to the promo.
      6. A participant can only win one (1) prize for the entire duration of the raffle promo.
